Water cremation for Brisbane families, from the inner city to the bayside and western suburbs.
Greater Brisbane · From $2,640 incl GST
The Gentle Way provides water cremation in Brisbane as a genuine alternative to flame cremation and burial. As Queensland's capital, Brisbane has more funeral options than anywhere else in the state — yet until now, families searching for a low-emission farewell had very little choice. Our Brisbane service gives you that choice, backed by the only water cremation system in Australia with filtration built directly onto the machine.
Our funeral directors attend families across Greater Brisbane 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Whether your loved one has passed at home, in a Brisbane hospital, in an aged care residence or in palliative care, we can transfer them into our care at any hour. We handle every piece of paperwork — the death certificate, cause of death certification and all statutory lodgements — so that Brisbane families are never left chasing forms while they are grieving.
Because a coffin or casket is not required for our process, Brisbane funeral costs come down significantly without any compromise in care. Families can choose a simple no-attendance water cremation, or gather for a full service and still know the farewell itself was the gentlest option available in Brisbane.
