Your privacy
Cookie & privacy notice
Plain English, no legal maze — here is exactly what we collect and why.
What cookies we use
A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. We keep ours to a minimum and group them into two kinds.
Essential cookies
These remember your cookie choice and keep pages loading correctly. They cannot be switched off, because the site would not function without them. They hold no personal information.
Analytics cookies
These tell us which pages families visit most and where people leave the site, so we can make our information clearer. The data is aggregated and never used to identify you. Choose "Essential cookies only" and these are never set.
Information you give us
When you contact us through the website or by phone, we collect only what we need to help you — your name, contact details, location and what you have asked us about. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to arrange care where you ask us to.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Where we must share details to carry out a funeral — with a doctor, a registry or a celebrant, for example — we share only what that step requires.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Your choices
You can change your cookie preference at any time using the button below, or clear cookies in your browser settings. You may also ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it — just get in touch.
